Those of you who would like to write their own HTML with Office Live's HTML module, but aren't well versed in HTML should look at a great little free tool called Web-Design-Toy.
Download Web Design Toy and install it on your computer. When you run it, a simple two-pane window pops up. When you type HTML in the left pane, a WYSISYG representation of your HTML appears in the right pane, as shown in Figure 1.

It even has a little helper menu with some built-in table templates which are far superior to Office Live's. (See Figure 2.) You can pull the menu down by clicking on the scrap of paper above the panes. I generated the table in Figure 1 simply by choosing one of the Table options in the helper menu.

Of course, to use it you must have a fair idea about HTML. However if you've dabbled in HTML, but you're not an expert, then this is the tool for you. It will help you see your HTML before you paste it in an HTML module, so you don't have to edit it again and again in the HTML module's less-than-friendly editor.
